ST. CLOUD -- The United Way of Central Minnesota has named a pair of women to lead the agency while they search for a new CEO.

Kathy Zenzen and Betty Schnettler have accepted the positions of co-directors after Patrick Powell announced his resignation.

United Way Board Chair Ed Laubach also says four people have been appointed to a search committee and additional members will be added soon.

Powell was brought in to fill the role left vacant by Noreen Dunnells. He had been the CEO since June 2012.
