I-94 Reopens In West-Central Minnesota

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (AP) -

The Minnesota State Patrol says I-94 from Moorhead to Alexandria reopened about 9 a.m. Sunday, but travelers will find blowing snow and icy patches.

The state closed that stretch of I-94 on Friday afternoon.
