Be Inspired: Browse the Best Local Home Design and Materials at the Tour of Homes

Whether you're in the middle of building your dream home, considering a major project, or daydreaming about the future, the 2024 Spring Tour of Homes is an excellent opportunity to see the latest trends and meet talented, local builders and suppliers.

Organized by the Central Minnesota Builders Association, the 2024 Spring Tour of Homes includes 20 homes of a variety of sizes, designs, and styles, and you are welcome to tour any of them for free during the designated hours from March 15-17 and March 22-24:

• 4:30-7 p.m. Friday
• 12-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

You can start planning your tour and browsing the homes now! The key information for each home is listed on the Tour of Homes website, in the Tour of Homes magazine, and on the Tour of Homes app. The app also allows you to plan your route, access information about the builders, save notes of your favorite home features, and do so much more!

As you are touring the homes, organizers ask that you remove your shoes at the front door so you're walking inside in socks (no bare feet, please), refrain from bringing any pets, and refrain from bringing food or drink inside the homes.

Besides trending designs and quality craftsmanship, the 2024 Spring Tour of Homes will showcase the overall strength of our building community, which drove a 10 percent increase in building permits in 2023.
