Grand Jury Indictment in Fatal Confrontation

WILLMAR  (AP) - A Kandiyohi County grand jury has indicted a father and his adult son in a fatal shooting during a confrontation at a farm owned by the victim's father.

Eighty-one-year-old Delbert Huber and 45-year-old Timothy Huber, of rural Paynesville, have been indicted on first-degree premeditated murder charges in the death of 43-year-old Timothy Larson during a dispute at the farm in northern Kandiyohi County in October. Both Hubers appeared in court Thursday. Delbert Huber is being held on $5 million bail and Timothy Huber on $1 million bond.

Larson had ordered the Hubers and their farm equipment off his father's
property. Court documents say the elder Huber pulled the trigger and both did not go to law enforcement until more than 12 hours later.
