Now Open: Giliberto’s Mexican Taco Shop Adds Full Bar to New Location

Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop is still open 24 hours. It's still a delicious source of authentic tacos, burritos, chimichangas, gorditas, sopes, tamales, churros, and more.

But now, Giliberto's has a full-service bar at its new location, 2301 W. Division St. #100, St. Cloud, MN 56301. They offer online ordering for delivery and takeout of food and non-alcoholic beverages, but if you haven't seen the new location that opened this summer, it's well worth the trip.

The spacious restaurant has ample seating and enhanced grills and spits, so they can offer whole roasted chicken and tacos al pastor (spit-roasted pork marinated with spices, pineapple, and achiote). Their recipes have been passed down for generations, so you can dig into a full platter knowing they are sharing a flavorful tribute to their heritage with every order.

That now extends to the full bar. Try a cantarito, a vodka cocktail mixed with citrus juices and grapefruit soda and traditionally served in a clay cup. Or maybe you're in the mood for a michelada, the chilled Mexican beer cocktail with lime juice and hot sauces.
