Eastbound I-94 Shut Down Between Clearwater and Monticello

CLEARWATER -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation says eastbound Interstate 94 was closed due to multiple crashes between Highway 24 in Clearwater and Highway 25 in Monticello. The shutdown started around 1:30 p.m.
