Downtown St. Cloud Businesses Offered Free Security Assessments

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Downtown Council is partnering with security company.  Arvig is offering free security assessments for all downtown businesses.

Downtown Council spokeswoman Jill Pauly says there are some high tech security options available, for example video surveillance monitoring that you can watch from your phone.

Pauly says Arvig can offer other low tech security options as well.

She says overall downtown is a very safe place to work and play, but she says this is just an opportunity for businesses to get suggestions on how to make things better.
