City’s Compost Site Closed

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud's River Bluffs Compost Site will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday) in honor of Veterans Day.

The site, where you can dispose of grass clippings and leaves, will remain closed until noon on Thursday.
