ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Area Sertoma service club honored their 2012 "SERvice TO MAnkind" award winner last night at the Holiday Inn in St. Cloud.

He's St. Cloud Cathedral High School social studies teacher Dick McMorrow.

McMorrow has been teaching at Cathedral since 2008, and has since led multiple student humanitarian trips to Tanzania.

These trips inspired McMorrow and students to start a non-profit called "The Village Fund," whose projects have included building a well for a rural Tanzanian village.

The Sertoma organization recognizes community members who have made a commitment to volunteer work. The club began in 1912.
