The St. Cloud Rox survived a pitching battle to come out on top in Waterloo and the Minnesota Twins took game three against Detroit to advance to 3-0 in the series.

The Minnesota Lynx rolled over Las Vegas to earn their sixth straight win, the St. Cloud Rox topped La Crosse to split the series, and the Twins edged out Detroit to take control of the series 2-0.

The Rox lose 7-4 at La Crosse against the Loggers Thursday night. La Crosse scored 4 1st inning runs and never trailed. St. Cloud got 2 hits apiece from Nick Yovetich and Nate Swarts and 2 RBIs from Bobby Goodloe. Riley Cornelio threw the 1st inning with 4 earned runs allowed to take the loss for the Rox.

The St. Cloud Rox won 7-2 at home against Bismarck Wednesday night. St. Cloud Tech High School graduate Trevor Koenig threw 6 innings with 4 hits and 2 earned runs allowed to get the win and improve to 3-1 this spring. St. Cloud scored 5 runs in the 6th inning to break the 2-all tie.

The St. Cloud Rox earned their 23rd win of the season with a comeback win against the Duluth Huskies, and the Minnesota Twins dropped their fourth straight contest in game one of the weekend series against Kansas City on Friday.

Now in its third year, the Rox Foundation has given out a total of $25,000 in scholarships to local students.

The St. Cloud Rox shut out Willmar on the road Saturday, extending their win streak to a franchise-record 11 straight games, while game three of the Minnesota Twins' series with Cleveland was postponed due to rain.

The Minnesota Lynx won their second straight game at home versus Las Vegas, the St. Cloud Rox secured their tenth straight win and fifth consecutive sweep in a road contest against the Bismark Larks, and the Twins squeaked out a close win to tie up the series 1-1 with Cleveland.

The Minnesota Twins topped the Texas Rangers in extra innings, and the St. Cloud Rox earned a shutout win over Rochester to complete a two-game series sweep Friday night.

The St. Cloud Rox notched their fifth straight victory in a contest against Eau Claire, while the Minnesota Lynx and Twins both made their way back to the win column as well.
