When Bravo Burrito owners Sam Hennen and Mike Lardy were approached by America’s Best Restaurants to be featured on an episode of their traveling roadshow, it was a favor they couldn’t refuse.

“It’s a pretty crowded market out there for restaurants," Lardy said. "Big chains, mom-and-pops, and even grocery stores are all vying for your food money. There are tons of great options out there. A small business needs to find ways to separate itself from the pack, you know, to get folks' attention before it even has a chance to earn their dollars.”

A featured episode on a popular YouTube show would certainly garner attention for Bravo Burrito. After a slew of positive press hype around the ABR roadshow coming to Central MN, the word is out that Bravo Burrito is a popular spot to visit.  When the America’s Best Restaurants crew were on site to film, the scene was bustling. As evidenced in the episode, you can see and hear the crowd in the background.
