‘Blackhawk’ Performing Tonight in Avon

AVON - Country music band "Blackhawk" is stopping for a performance in Avon tonight (Friday).  They are the headliners for a concert at Joseph's in Avon. They're stopping for a show on their way to the Iowa State Fair.

The gates will open tonight at 7:30 p.m. The band Boomtown is playing from 8:00 until 10:00 p.m., with Blackhawk taking the stage at about 10:30 p.m.

Joseph's owner Shane Eastman is bringing the group to town to honor his deceased brother Joe.
