FOLEY -- Benton County has completed the first round of 2013 compliance checks for predatory offenders who live in rural parts of the county.

There are 32 predatory offenders living in those parts of Benton County and sheriff's officials say all 32 are in compliance.

The Sheriff's department does compliance checks twice a year to make personal contact with each of the predatory offenders to make sure they are complying with the registration law.
