Art For The Park Event To Benefit Rotary Riverside Park

SARTELL -- The Sartell Rotary Club is holding a live auction tonight to benefit the Rotary Riverside Park and Fishing Pier.

Proceeds from the auction will help to install a playground, shelter, restroom facilities, picnic tables and fire pit. The three-year plan also includes an amphitheater for community concerts.

Last year's "Art for the Park" event helped raise money for the fishing pier and paving of the access road.

Tickets are $25 and are available at the door.

There will be Spanish-themed music and refreshments in recognition of Cinco de Mayo.

The auction will be held at the Boy Scout Headquarters at 1191 Scout Drive from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m.
