ST. CLOUD - The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force conducted two separate investigations on Thursday regarding sales of illegal drugs in St. Cloud.

The first investigation involved sales of marijuana. A search warrant was used at 320 3rd Avenue Northeast in St. Cloud.

Investigators found marijuana and items related to selling marijuana. Homeowner, 52-year-old Wendell Jones, was home at the time of the search. Jones is expected to be charged with alleged 5th degree sale of a controlled substance.

The second investigation involved a search warrant being used at 200 Wilson Avenue Northeast in St. Cloud.

Investigators found 20 grams of suspected methamphetamine and $600 in cash. Two people were found in the apartment.

25-year-old James Stache Jr. was arrested for alleged 1st degree sale of controlled substance and 2nd degree possession with intent to distribute controlled substance. 26-year-old Kadyn Tillman was arrested for alleged 2nd degree possession with intent to distribute controlled substance. Both were taken to the Benton County Jail.

The second case will also be sent to the Benton County Attorney's office for review for possible charges of child endangerment. Meth was found in the same room in proximity of a child.
