ST. CLOUD -- Recent rain and cold weather has construction crews scrambling to finish the Stearns County Road 75 project before winter weather hits.

Assistant Stearns County Engineer Jeff Miller says the weather has put them behind a little bit.  He says they continue to make progress on the work which needs to be completed before winter.

The three-mile project in south St. Cloud has a price tag of $3.9-million and includes some city of St. Cloud sewer and water work.

Miller says when finished, County Road 75 will have a concrete median dividing the four-lane corridor between 33rd Street South and 41st Street South.

The project is expected to be done in mid-November.
