Free Taste Test at Sysco Retail Store—Just in Time for the Holidays

Thanksgiving is just the first of many, many holiday events that require food preparation, cleaning, decoration, and planning — but you don't have to do it all yourself.

Sysco Retail Store offers restaurant-quality food, often in bulk or ready to heat and serve, so you can elevate your holiday and year-end events without overloading your to-do list. To help you build your event menus, Sysco is hosting a FREE taste-testing event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5.

Here's a look at what they'll be serving:

Appetizers:

• Ham and cheese bites
• Pig wings
• Mexican street corn dip

Sides:

• Macaroni and cheese
• Mashed sweet potato

Entrees:

• Coconut breaded butterfly shrimp

Sandwiches:

• Italian Roast Beef with Au Jus
• Hamburger Sliders

Dessert:

• Assorted miniature cheesecakes
• Blueberry scones

Who DOESN'T want miniature cheesecakes? Whether you're deep in planning mode, pen and notepad in hand, or browsing with friends, you'll experience the tasty (and time-saving) convenience for which Sysco is known. This tasting menu represents just a small portion of the items Sysco offers, so it's just a starting point for strategizing your holiday food hacks.

No membership is needed to attend or shop at Sysco Retail Store at 900 Highway 10 S, Saint Cloud. They are open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays and from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays.
