SAUK RAPIDS (AP) - An 8-foot-tall yellow ribbon stolen from a Minnesota military mom has been returned to her front yard.

Janna Cannon says she noticed the ribbon in her yard in Sauk Rapids Tuesday. Cannon says the ribbon is warped but now "happily healing" in her garage.

Mike Weiman made the ribbon out of plywood and gave it to Cannon when her son Ben, who is deployed in Iraq, was home for Christmas. They both planned on passing the ribbon around to
other families with loved ones overseas, but the ribbon was stolen from Cannon's front yard.

After the ribbon was stolen Weiman made a new one for Cannon, and says he is thankful he made a tracing of the first one.
