St. Cloud Man Seriously Hurt During Crash in Anoka County

ANOKA COUNTY - A St. Cloud man was seriously hurt in a rollover crash in Anoka County on Friday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened at about 4:15 a.m. on the eastbound 694 ramp to East River Road.

Five people were in the vehicle when it rolled-over. 42-year-old Charles Ginyard of St. Cloud was seriously hurt during the crash.

The driver also had serious injuries and another passenger had non-life threatening injuries.

Road conditions were described as foggy at the time. The Minnesota State Patrol is continuing to investigate the crash.
