UPDATE: St. Cloud Library Now Open, After Power Outage

ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud Public Library is open this (Wednesday) morning.

The opening of the library was delayed by about an hour, due to a power outage.

Library officials say the power went out at about 8:00 a.m. The library was scheduled to open at 10:00 a.m.
It's unclear when that will happen.
