St. Cloud City Council to Fill Empty Seat Tuesday

ST. CLOUD - Six candidates made their case for a spot on the St. Cloud city council on Monday night.

Steven Baklaich, Emily Esch, Seal Dwyer, Sonja Berg, Steve Laraway, and Nick Hall each gave a three minute speech to the council, who will make a final decision on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.

The council didn't ask questions or make comments during the presentations.

The person selected will sit on the council until the next citywide election, which is in November of next year.

The six are looking to fill the seat in Ward 2 left vacant when Nancy Gohman resigned from the council May 26th.
