ST. PAUL  (AP) - A former adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law and the son of former Twins owner Calvin Griffith will be sentenced next month for indecent exposure.

Seventy-year-old Clark Griffith entered an Alford plea to the misdemeanor Tuesday. Under the plea, Griffith does not admit doing anything wrong but acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence for a jury to convict him.

A 24-year-old student reported Griffith unzipped his pants in front of her on a St. Paul street.

Sentencing is July 26th. His attorney, Paul Engh, says Griffith's plea will be vacated in a year and the case dismissed. Engh says Griffith faces no jail time but a possible fine of up to $1,000.

Griffith served in the Twins front office under his father.
