Search For Shooting Suspect Near Cass Lake

CASS LAKE (AP) -- Sheriff's officials say one man suffered a gunshot wound and another was beaten during a confrontation over Facebook posts and an unpaid debt in Beltrami County.

Deputies are searching for a 39-year-old suspect considered armed and dangerous.

Twenty-two-year-old Christopher Romero and 23-year-old Edward Romero, both of White Earth, were trying to collect a debt when they were attacked near Cass Lake early Friday.

One man was arrested at the scene for illegally possessing a gun as a felon.
