SCTCC Hosts 9th Annual Give Kids a Smile Day [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD - Always brush your teeth and don't forget to floss.

Today (Friday) is National Give Kids a Smile Day sponsored by the American Dental Association. St. Cloud Technical and Community College's Dental Clinic will host their own 9th Annual Give Kids a Smile Day tomorrow (Saturday) to help provide dental care for children in need.

Second year dental hygiene and dental assisting students will help provide care to kids along with community dentists.

Dental Hygiene and Assisting Instructor Charlotte Randall says this is great program for not only the kids that will receive dental care but also for the students who can practice their skills before starting their professional careers.

Randall says "the students have been very receptive to the experience, they actually look forward to it."

The event will be from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday) at the St. Cloud Technical and Community College's Dental Clinic.
