SCSU’s Smith Drafted By Cleveland

St. Cloud State third baseman Jordan Smith was drafted in the 9th round (278th overall) by the Cleveland Indians in the Major League baseball entry level draft.  Smith was hoping to be drafted by the Minnesota Twins but is happy to be picked by Cleveland. It's unclear whether Smith will sign with Cleveland or continue playing in the Cape Cod League.
