ST. CLOUD - It's day three of St. Cloud's Pridefest, and members of the central Minnesota community are celebrating with "Pride in the Park."

The event, held at Lake George, kicked off with a welcome address by St. Cloud State University President Earl Potter, followed with performances by the SCSU choir and professional drag performers.

The afternoon also features booths from area political organizations, businesses and craft and food vendors.

"Pride in the Park" celebrates the local GLBT community. It will continue until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. It's free and open to all.
