New Report Ranks County’s Health

UNDATED -- Stearns County residents are healthier than those who live in Benton County -- according to a new report.

The website countyhealthrankings.org has ranked every county in every state.  For the counties here in Minnesota, Stearns County is the 27th healthiest, Sherburne County is ranked #32, and Benton County is at #57.

The website ranks Lac Qui Parle County in Western Minnesota as our healthiest, and Cass County up North is the least healthy.

The rankings are based on a variety of factors, including: life expectancy, healthy habits, and clinical care.
