MnDOT Plans Prescribed Burns

UNDATED -- If you see smoke and grassfires along Highway 10 and parts of the Lake Wobegon Trail this spring, it is likely the result of a prescribed burn.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation will hold prescribed burns along Highway 10 near the St. Cloud Travel Information Center and along portions of the Lake Wobegon Trail.

The burns will be scheduled when conditions are safe and traffic should not be affected. The burns are conducted as a form of weed control.
