Medical Examiner: Death In Foley Ruled Accidental Drowning

FOLEY - The death of a man in Foley back in September has been ruled an accidental drowning.

Police Chief Katie McMillan says the Midwest Medical Examiner has determined 35-year-old Jason Beaufeaux of Foley accidentally drowned in Lion's Park. His body was found on September 12th.

Foley police have now closed the death investigation.
