Man Charged In Fatal Shooting Outside Minneapolis Bar
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis police say a 30-year-old man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man outside a neighborhood bar in northeast Minneapolis.
Dejonte Antwon Davis, of Fridley, was arrested in Iowa on a warrant in the death of 36-year-old Robert Urman.
He's charged with second-degree murder with intent in Hennepin County District Court.
Urman, of St. Paul, was shot six times sometime after midnight on March 7th outside a well-known bar called the Northeast Palace.
Surveillance video and witness accounts say a fight between the two inside the bar spilled outside, where the shooting occurred.
Family members described Urman as a loving father to five who enjoyed music, car shows and raising pit bulls.
His death was the second homicide this year.
