Explosion Rocks Sartell Paper Plant

There's been a large explosion at the Verso paper plant in Sartell.  Mutual aid fire crews are on the scene.

A neighbor reported her house shaking around 11:20.  One reported it sounded like a tree had fallen on their house.

Details are sketchy and a cause is not known at this time.

A 1:30 news conference is scheduled at Sartell City Hall.
