Bus Delivering Books to St. Cloud Area Kids This Summer

ST. CLOUD - The District 742 Local Education and Activities Foundation (LEAF), is delivering books to kids with a lime green bus this summer.

The "Roll and Read" bus will start making weekly stops on June 21st. Last summer, 2,318 kids checked out over 4,475 books from the bus. LEAF bought a bus last year dedicated to giving area kids more chances to read during the summer. 

The bus makes stops at school cluster locations so all students in the district have access to books. Stops include the three boys and girls club locations and schools that have summer Kidstop programs. Students from any school in District 742 can visit any stops on any day.
