FOLEY -- Jury selection gets underway today in Benton County for a woman who is accused of murdering her ex-husband in Sauk Rapids last November.

39-year-old Angelina O'Mara is charged with first and second degree murder in the death of James O'Mara. He was found dead in his Sauk Rapids apartment with a gunshot wound to the head.

Jury selection is expected to last the better part of the day with opening arguments likely to start tomorrow morning.

O'Mara also faces a murder charge in Wisconsin after her boyfriend, Michael Pies was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head. Pies' body was found in an Ashland, Wisconsin hotel room just days after O'Mara's body was found.

Angelina O'Mara was then found in South Dakota and extradited back to Minnesota to stand trial.
