The Twins lost 6-2 in Chicago Wednesday to close a 3-game series against the White Sox.  Alex Rios hit a pair of homeruns and drove in all 6 runs for the White Sox.  Ryan Doumit and Chris Parmelee each had 2 hits and both Matt Carson and Eduardo Escobar had 1 hit and 1 RBI.  P.J. Walters allowed 6 earned runs in 5 innings to take the loss and drop to 2-3.  Jake Peavy allowed 1 earned run in 6 innings to get the win.

The Twins are 56-81 and will get the day off today.  Minnesota will host Cleveland beginning a 3-game series Friday night at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.  Righthander Liam Hendriks (0-7) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and righthander Jeanmar Gomez (5-7) toes the rubber for the Indians.
