Wanted Felon Arrested On Drug Charges After Attempting To Run

A wanted felon was arrested in St. Cloud after attempting to run from officers.

An officer from the St. Cloud Drug and Gang Unit spotted 19 year-old Dylan Kelley of St. Cloud, wanted on both felony and misdemeanor warrants as he went into a house on the 600 block of 6th Street North at about 5:00 p.m. yesterday.  When officers arrived, Kelley attempted to run.

He was taken into custody near the intersection of 8th Street and 6th Street North. Officers later found marijuana and a small baggie of methamphetamine that had been in Kelley's possession.

Kelley was taken to Stearns County Jail on charges of drug possession, fleeing an officer on foot, obstructing legal process, marijuana possession and the two active warrants.
