Two Men Arrested In Downtown St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- Two men have been arrested in St. Cloud.

Police were called by a witness about two the men allegedly spraying graffiti on the Centre Square Ramp at about 3:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Officers found the men in the 200 block of 7th Avenue South.  22-year-old Frank Orsello of Wadena was arrested after a short foot chase.  He had six pills of Oxycodone on him.  And 21-year-old Brent Steward of St. Cloud was also arrested.

They're both facing several charges.
