Two Arrested For Allegedly Trying To Break Into Vehicle

ST. CLOUD - Officers were called to the 3900 block of 2nd street south for a break in to a motor vehicle in progress.

Witnesses spotted a man breaking into the vehicle by smashing a window and damaging a door.  The suspect fled with a woman in a black SUV.

The suspects were later arrested in St. Joseph.  They are 27-year-old Ora Bowen of St. Joseph and 19-year-old Tasha Zimmercliff of St. Joseph.
