The Twins outscored the White Sox 18-9 in Chicago Tuesday night.  Minnesota scored 7 runs in the 2nd inning and added 10 runs in the 5th inning.  Chris Parmelee hit a 3-run homerun and 4 RBIs, Ryan Doumit was 3-6 with a homerun and 3 RBIs, and Eduardo Escobar had 2 hits, 2 runs scored and 3 RBIs for the Twins.  Escobar made his Twins debut after being chosen as a September call-up.  The Twins acquire Escobar in the Liriano trade in July.

Scott Diamond threw 5 innings with 4 earned runs allowed to get the win and improve to 11-6.  Jose Quintana allowed 7 earned runs in 1 1/3 innings to take the loss for Chicago.

The Twins are 56-80 and will play at Chicago wrapping up the 3-game series at 1:10 this afternoon, pregame on WJON at 12:40.  Righthander P.J. Walters (2-2) toes the rubber for the Twins and righthander Jake Peavy (9-10) gets the start for the White Sox.
