ST. CLOUD - Looking for something to do this weekend? The Weekender highlights arts and entertainment events around the area. We have an arts festival this weekend, as well as multiple concerts around the area. Some of these events are free so be sure to take a look.

Paramount Annual Gala Fundraiser

(Courtesy: Paramount Theatre)The Paramount Theatre and Visual Arts Centeris hosting is annual Gala this Saturday. There will be a live auction for private meet and greets with the season's biggest performers, art demonstrations, as well as a sale of original work.
The Gala will also feature Collective Unconscious, and Nicholas David from The Voice.

Millstream Arts Festival
St. Joseph Main StreetThe Millstream Arts Festival hits St. Joseph this weekend. The Jim Loso Legacy Exhibit opens Saturday night from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. featuring last years Best of Show winners Lisa Henkemeyer, JD Jorgenson, along with Steve & Amy Zapf.
The festival will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Entertainment features The CSB/SJU Jazz Ensemble, Random Road, David Jones, Galactic Cowboy Orchestra, and the Stearns County Pachanga Society.

A Collaboration of Two

McCoy. This is the final weekend that you can see A Collaboration of Two, which is on display in the main gallery of the Great River Arts Center.

The September Showdown
Keller Bar - St. CloudCity House Records presents The September Showdown featuring the Cloud City Boyz and Janey Neal. This is a free, 21+ event. Doors open at 9:30 p.m. with shows beginning at 10:20 p.m.

Loren Fishman: The Romantic Piano 101
Paramount Theatre - St. CloudThis free concert kicks off the second year of the 101 series. It is the first of three concerts this year. Stories about the composers are intertwined with the music of the era. Some composers to be featured include Brahms, Chopin, Tchaikovsky, and Liszt.
Although this is a free event you still must reserve your seats by calling the Paramount Theatre Box Office or by going online.
