The unemployment rate in the St. Cloud metro area dropped last month. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says we're at 3.8 percent in April, down from the 4.8 percent we had in March.

The unemployment rate for the St. Cloud metro area is the lowest its been in six years. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says we're at 3.9 percent for the month of October. That's down from 4.4 percent in September.
