St. Cloud V.A. Talks About V.A. Scheduling [AUDIO]

The monthly WJON Voices For Veterans radio program on WJON aired Wednesday.  I talked with Public Affairs Officer Barry Venable and Business Manager Andrew Frost from the St. Cloud V.A.  Frost is in charge of scheduling while Venable is in charge of complaints and public relations.  Frost talked about how someone applies for coverage and, once approved, how they can schedule appointments.  Listen to the conversation below.

The National V.A. has been taking some criticism for long waits for patients and both Venable and Frost wanted to explain the process.
