St. Cloud Tows 82 Vehicles During Snow Emergency

ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud has rescinded the snow emergency.  It had been in effect since midnight yesterday (Tuesday) morning.

St. Cloud police say a total of 82 vehicles were towed because they were illegally parked during the snow emergency.
