St. Cloud Grants Cowboy Jack’s Liquor License

ST. CLOUD -- A new downtown restaurant and bar that has yet to open now has its liquor license.

The St. Cloud City Council has approved a liquor license for Cowboy Jack's after tabling it for two months while waiting for all of the paperwork. That paperwork has now been submitted.

The liquor license is contingent on approval from the health department after the company made extensive renovations to the building.

Cowboy Jack's will be in the former Rox Nightclub and Tavern on Germain in downtown St. Cloud.

Owners hoped to have the restaurant open this fall, but extensive renovation was needed to the interior. Latest estimates are that the bar and restaurant could open by the end of the month.
