Snow Emergency Declared For St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- The City of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency.  It will go into effect at 10:00 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning.

It will be in effect for 72 hours, or until all of the streets have been plowed.

Under a snow emergency, illegally parked vehicles will be towed without warning.
