Sheriff Suspects Alcohol Involved in Rollover

BROCKWAY TOWNSHIP - The Stearns County Sheriff says alcohol may have been a factor in a one-vehicle rollover.

The incident happened at about 1:00 a.m. on Sunday on County Road 1 in Brockway Township.

There were four people in the vehicle.  The driver was 19-year-old Brandon Popp of Rice.  Popp was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail.

Twenty-year-old Grant Vogt of Rice was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.  The two other passengers were a 17-year-old from Sartell and a 17-year-old from Sauk Rapids.
