School Board Chair, Dennis Whipple Talks Failed Referendum [AUDIO]

I talked with St. Cloud School Board Chair Dennis Whipple on WJON today.  He discussed the possible plans for the School Board going forward now that the Referendum failed Tuesday.  He suggested that they would look at a smaller plan, possible multiple questions and could bring a vote before voters as early as next spring.  Listen to the conversation below.
