RICHMOND -- The Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time Music Festival starts today (Thursday) and will go through Sunday the 11th. The festival is taking place in the El Rancho Manana campground in Richmond.

There's a huge line-up in place, including local music, and groups from all around the country. Executive director of the Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time Music Association, Jed Malischke, says he's proud and excited about the line-up of music ready to take the stage.

"We've been bragging that we have an award-winning line up this year," Malischke said.

Arts and crafts, family activities,  music lessons, and food vendors will also be at this event. One day tickets start at $20 at the gate.
