Power Outage Stops St. Cloud Traffic on Highway 23, 2nd Street S. This Afternoon

ST. CLOUD - The power's back on and traffic is again flowing on busy Highway 23 in St. Cloud.

As many as 5-6 intersections at Division Street in the Midtown area didn't have working traffic lights from 1:20 until 1:57, backing up traffic.

An Xcel Energy representative said the outage occurred as crews were replacing a burned-out wire.
