ST. CLOUD -- The winter weather has cause some headaches for St. Cloud drivers.

St. Cloud Assistant Chief Jeff Oxton says as of 8:00 a.m. Friday morning, police have responded to six vehicle accidents, three down power lines and three reports of traffic being backed up due to stoplights flashing red.

Oxton says if you plan on driving to be caution of slippery road condition, slow down and be extremely cautious when approaching intersections and crossing bridges or overpasses.

The city of St. Cloud does have plows and sanding trucks throughout the city to help improve road conditions.

Stearns County is in a Blizzard Warning until 9:00 p.m.
