Petition Started to Bring Back WE Fest 2020
The disappointment surrounding Live Nation's announcement that WE Fest will be taking a year off in 2020 is hitting concert-goers in Minnesota hard. One WE Fest fan has started an online petition to get Live Nation to reconsider.
The festival's organizers announced yesterday that they were taking 2020 off, using the year to plan to make WE Fest even bigger & better in 2021.

We Fest is a huge part of not only my life but the lives of many in the communities surrounding Detroit Lakes. The bonds that you make with everyone around you are irreplaceable, and the memories to be made are unimaginable in any other setting.
Myself and others who have been touched by the magic of this festival can all agree that taking away this weekend for even one year will psychologically damage everyone involved. In signing this petition, you are making it clear it is NOT okay to cancel We Fest and we do in fact need We Fest 2020.
